
Chief Executive Officer
Kajsa Friberg ‘27 is the current Chief Executive Officer and a senior majoring in Finance with a Concentration in Credit and a Minor in Philosophy at the Gabelli School of Business. She was initiated into SWS as an Associate her first semester at Fordham and previously served on the E-Board as the Freshman/Sophomore Liaison in 2024 and the Co-Chief Development Officer in 2025. She spent two semesters on the Research Team as well as an Analyst for the inaugural SWS Investment Fund. Last semester, she interned at Standard Industries' Family Office. This past summer, she interned at Bank of America as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) group, where she will return full-time upon graduation. Outside of SWS, she is on the Student Managed Investment Fund, serves on the council for the Pedro Arrupe Volunteers, serves on the E-Board for Fordham Christian Fellowship and volunteers with TASSEL Cambodia, where she spent two summers. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, following Formula One and learning new instruments.

Co-Chief Investment Officer
Felicia Do ’27 is the Co-Chief Investment Officer and a senior majoring in Finance with a concentration in Credit and a minor in Philosophy. She was initiated into SWS as an Associate during her first semester at Fordham, and spent the next two semesters on the Research Team covering the Consumer Discretionary and Healthcare sectors. In 2025, she joined the E-Board as Junior Chief Investment Officer for the inaugural SWS Investment Fund. Throughout her freshman and sophomore years, Felicia interned in the Investments Division at Memorial Sloan Kettering. This past summer, she interned at Mizuho as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst, rotating through the Debt Capital Markets and Technology, Media, & Telecom groups. She will be returning full-time upon graduation. Outside of SWS, Felicia is Vice President of the Value Investing Club (VIC), is a Freshman Advising Mentor, and volunteers for Blood Cancer United. In her free time, she enjoys long-distance running, discovering new cafes around the city, and attending house concerts.

Co-Chief Investment Officer
Katherine Eckerty '27, the Co-Chief Investment Officer, is a senior pursuing a BS in Finance with a concentration in Credit. She was initiated into Fordham's SWS chapter as an Associate in the fall of 2023, after which she spent two semesters as an Analyst for the SWS Investment Fund covering Energy and Power & Utilities. Elsewhere on campus, Katherine serves on the E-Boards of the Alternative Investments Club and the Investment Banking Society, and she volunteers for the Liberty Partnerships Program as a math tutor. This past summer, she interned at Mizuho as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure and Project Finance groups; she will be returning full-time to Mizuho upon graduation. In her spare time, Katherine enjoys fishing, tabletop games, open swim, and following Houston sports.

Co-Chief Development Officer
Mia Florez '28 is the Co-Chief Development Officer and a junior majoring in Global Business with a concentration in Finance and Business Economics at the Lincoln Center campus. She was initiated into SWS as an Associate during her first semester at Fordham and has spent two semesters on the SWS Investment Fund covering Consumer Discretionary and Staples sectors. Outside of SWS, Mia is the Treasurer of Investment Society at the Lincoln Center campus and a part of the programming team on the GSB DEI Board. Over the past year, Mia interned at a local accounting firm in her hometown. She will be joining Mizuho as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in 2027. In her free time, Mia enjoys thrifting, going on runs, trying new restaurants, and listening to live music.

Co-Chief Development Officer
Addison Thomas '28 is the current Co-Chief Development Officer and a junior majoring in Finance with a concentration in Alternative Investments and Psychology minor at the Gabelli School of Business. She was initiated into SWS as an Associate during her first semester at Fordham and has spent two semesters on the SWS Investment Fund covering the Healthcare and Consumer Discretionary sectors. This past summer she completed an internship at a wealth management firm in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. She will be joining UBS as a Sales & Trading Analyst in the summer of 2027. Outside of SWS, she serves as Vice President of Best Buddies and is a Freshman Advising Mentor. In her free time, she enjoys thrifting, traveling, watching gymnastics, and going to concerts.

Chief Operating Officer
Alena Godas '27 is the current Chief Operating Officer and a senior majoring in Applied Accounting and Finance at the Gabelli School of Business. She was initiated into SWS as an associate her first semester at Fordham and spent two semesters on the Research Team covering the Real Estate and Media & Telecommunications sectors. Last summer, she interned at 237 Global on the VIP Experiences Team. This past summer, she joined PwC as an Advisory Intern in the New York City office, where she will be returning full-time after graduation. Currently, she works as a Videographer and Photographer for WFUV public radio. Outside of SWS, she is a member of Beta Alpha Psi, Intramural Basketball, and Fordham Pep Band. In her free time, Alena enjoys playing guitar, going to concerts, and taking walks in the Botanical Garden.

Chief Research Officer
Emily Sang ’28 is the current CRO of SWS and a junior in the Gabelli School of Business majoring in Finance with a concentration in Alternative Investments. She was initiated into SWS as an Associate during her first semester at Fordham and recently spent the past semester on the SWS Investment Fund covering the healthcare sector. Over the past few years, Emily has interned at a wealth management firm, where she focused on equity research primarily within the pharmaceutical and technology industries. She will be joining J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank as a Summer 2027 Analyst. Outside of SWS, Emily is a member of the Alternative Investments Club, GSB Dean’s Council, and volunteers with StriveHigher Inc. In her free time, she enjoys running EIS Customs, the custom college merchandise business she founded in high school, as well as spending time with family and friends, scrapbooking, exploring NYC, traveling, and playing golf.

Chief Marketing Officer
​Ellen Lange '27 is the current CMO and senior in the Gabelli School of Business majoring in Finance with a concentration in Credit. She was initiated into SWS as an associate during her first semester at Fordham and joined the SWS Investment Fund during the inaugural semester, covering both the Media & Telecom and Consumer Discretionary sectors. During her sophomore summer, she interned at First Financial Bank as a credit management intern in her hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio. This past summer, Ellen interned at Bank of America as a Corporate Banking Summer Analyst in the Financial Institutions and Subsidiaries Group, where she will be returning full-time after graduation. Outside of SWS, Ellen is a member of Fordham's Division I Swimming and Diving team and a representative on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. In addition, she also serves as the Communication Services Portfolio Manager on the Student Managed Investment Fund. In her free time, she enjoys going shopping in the city, spending time with friends, and watching golf.

Junior Chief Investment Officer
Gabby Morris '28 is the current Junior Chief Investment Officer and a junior majoring in Finance at the Gabelli School of Business. She was initiated into Smart Woman Securities as an Associate during her first semester at Fordham and spent two semesters on the SWS Investment Fund covering the Energy sector. Gabby has interned in private equity at Kimmeridge and in investment banking at MD Global Partners. She will be joining Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in 2027. Outside of SWS, she serves as Junior Vice Chair of the Gabelli School of Business Dean’s Council and Vice President of Finance and Operations of Scholars of Finance. In her free time, Gabby competes nationally in the equestrian sport, volunteers with Pony Power Therapies, and spends time with her dachshund, Charlie.

Chief Strategy Officer
Gianna Cook '28 is the current Chief Strategy Officer and a junior majoring in Finance with a concentration in alternative investments at the Gabelli School of Business. She was initiated into SWS as an Associate her first semester at Fordham and previously served on the E-Board as the Freshman/Sophomore Liaison. She spent two semesters on the SWS Investment Fund, covering Healthcare and providing a global macro overview to drive research. She interned during her freshman summer at Northwell Health's Investment Division, covering buy-side Private Equity investments. She will be joining RBC as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in 2027. Outside of SWS, Gianna is a part of the Investment Banking Society, the Finance Scholars, and the Pre-Law Society. She enjoys traveling, learning new languages, and hanging out with family and friends.

Junior Chief Operating Officer
Sarah Neretich '28 is the current Junior Chief Operating Officer and a junior majoring in Finance with a concentration in Credit at the Gabelli School of Business. She was initiated as an SWS Associate during the fall of her freshman year and joined the fund last semester as an Analyst covering Healthcare. Sarah has previous experience as an intern for a CFA and at a venture capital firm focused on early-stage healthcare investing. She will be joining Barclays in 2027 as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. Beyond SWS, she is an active member of the Investment Banking Society, Scholars of Finance, and the Women's Club Soccer team. In her free time, Sarah enjoys trying new recipes, being active, and spending time with friends and family.

Sophomore Liaison
Nina Rock '29 is the current Sophomore Liaison of SWS. She is a sophomore at the Lincoln Center campus majoring in Finance. She was initiated into SWS as an Associate during her first semester at Fordham. Nina has interned for a private credit firm, a consumer discretionary-focused private equity firm, and rareliquid, an investment banking content creator. Outside of SWS, Nina is a member of Women in Finance and Economics, Investment Society, and the Investment Banking Club at Lincoln Center. Nina loves music/concerts, going to the gym, baking, and hanging out with friends.

Junior Chief Development Officer
Helen Beer '29 is the current Junior Chief Development Officer and a sophomore majoring in Finance at the Gabelli School of Business. She was initiated into Smart Woman Securities as an Associate during her first semester at Fordham and spent her spring semester on the SWS Investment Fund covering the Technology sector. Over the summer, Helen interned at a wealth management firm, where she focused on alternative investments. Outside of SWS, she serves on the E-Board for the Fordham Finance Society and Aries Investment Strategies and is a member of the Alternative Investments Club. In her free time, Helen enjoys cooking meals with friends, thrifting, making collages, and listening to podcasts on long walks.
